Using a strict classification score chart drawn up by the national
federation, and reviewed every 5 years, each Logis is periodically
subjected to a quality control. Everything is covered : food, service
and comfort, in order to ensure that all your expectations are met,
or even exceeded. We feel that this is the best way of ensuring
that we can always offer you a warm, genuine welcome.
Also in this respect, the Logis de France chain has a Quality Monitoring
department which deals with all of your comments and observations,
whether they be complimentary or critical.

To reinforce the actions of the Quality Monitoring department, quality
control visits are also carried out independently by an external
assessment firm : during the year 2000, more than 500 such controls
were carried out. In the forthcoming years, it is planned that all
of the hotels in the Logis de France chain be the subject of such
a visit.
